OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated June 24, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 38 of

Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2014,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act , and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 1, 5, 14 and 15, clauses 17(

a) and (

b) and Sections 18, 20, 21 and 32 of

Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2014,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act , do come into force on and not before July 28, 2015.
