Section 18 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to extinguish the right of the public to use two portions of the public highway, sections of an Old Road in the Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation, at or near Afton, County of Antigonish, shown outlined in red on
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
