Loi sur les ascenseurs et les monte-charge Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 19(1) of the Elevators and Lifts Act, chap- ter E-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended Le paragraphe 19(1) de la

Loi sur les ascenseurs et les monte-charge,

chapitre E-6 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) by repealing paragraph (

c) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa c ) et son remplace- ment par ce qui suit : (

c) establishing or implementing standards or codes or adopting or incorporating by reference, in whole or in part, standards or codes with respect to the use, lo- cation, design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, ventilation, drainage, lighting, heating, alteration, repair, testing and inspection of elevating devices and equipment used in connection with elevat- ing devices;

c) soit établissant ou mettant en oeuvre des normes ou des codes relatifs à l’utilisation, à l’emplacement, à la conception, à la construction, à l’installation, au fonc- tionnement, à l’entretien, à la ventilation, au drainage, à l’éclairage, au chauffage, aux modifications, aux ré- parations, à la vérification et à l’inspection des appareils élévateurs et de leur matériel connexe, soit adoptant ou incorporant par renvoi tout ou

partie de ceux-ci; (

b) by repealing paragraph (e.1) and substituting the following:

b) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa e.1) et son rempla- cement par ce qui suit : (e.1) establishing or implementing standards or codes or adopting or incorporating by reference, in whole or in part, standards or codes with respect to the construc- tion, maintenance, erection, repair, testing or inspection of amusement devices and equipment used in connec- tion with amusement devices; e.1) soit établissant ou mettant en oeuvre des normes ou des codes relatifs à la construction, à l’entretien, à l’érection, à la réparation, à la vérification ou à l’ins- pection des attractions mécaniques et de leur matériel connexe, soit adoptant ou incorporant par renvoi tout ou

partie de ceux-ci; 1
