Order in Council 854/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1815/2016 dated November 28, 2016 that appointed Angus Grant of Toronto as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , be revoked effective April 13, 2018.
