Order in Council 1919/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(3) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Christine T. Moss of Toronto be appointed as a member and designated as full-time Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, for a period of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Orders in Council numbered O.C. 2210/2017 dated November 15, 2017 and O.C. 1006/2019 dated June 21, 2019 are revoked.
