OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 8, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2001, the Scalers Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Jonathan Kierstead, Brookfield, Colchester County, as a department representative and Chair of the Board of Examiners, Scalers Act, commencing October 4, 2011; and (
b) revoke the appointment of Jorg Beyeler, as department representative and Chair, effective October 4, 2011.
