Order in Council 1160/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1913/2019 dated December 12, 2019, that reappointed Frederick Chenoweth of Toronto as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective August 31, 2022.
