Section of the Forest Products Act,

chapter F-21 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by repealing the definition “private woodlot” and substituting the follow- ing: 1 L’article de la

Loi sur les produits forestiers, cha- pitre F-21 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition « terrain boisé privé » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “private woodlot” means all forest land except: « terrain boisé privé » désigne toute terre forestière, ex- ception faite : (

a) forest land owned by the Crown;

a) des terres forestières qui appartiennent à la Cou- ronne; (

b) forest land owned by a person whose principal business is the operation of a wood processing facility, unless the main function of the wood processing facility is the production of wood chips and biomass at or on the harvest site; and

b) des terres forestières qui appartiennent à une per- sonne dont l’activité commerciale principale est l’ex- ploitation d’un établissement de transformation du bois, sauf si la fonction principale de l’établissement consiste à produire des copeaux de bois et de la biomasse fabri- qués au site de récolte ou sur ce site; (

c) forest land consisting of an aggregate area of at least ha which is owned by the same person or persons;

c) des terres forestières formant en tout une superficie d’au moins cent mille hectares qui appartiennent à la même personne ou aux mêmes personnes. 1
