OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Opportunities and Social Development dated January 23, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after January 30, 2025, to approve the Minister of Opportunities and Social Development entering into the Canada-Nova Scotia Contribution Agreement for the Unsheltered Homelessness and Encampments Initiative, with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
