OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated March 2, 2026, and pursuant to subsection 35(2) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Cox & Palmer, in Trust on behalf of Ilya Demikhovsky, the sum of Three Hundred and Thirty Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Three Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($332,203.13), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being the next of kin to the Estate of the late August Tustit, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from April 23, 2024 to the date of payment.
