OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated January 5, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2014, the Electricity Efficiency and Conservation Restructuring
(2014) Act , and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 10 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2014, the Electricity Efficiency and Conservation Restructuring
(2014) Act , do come into force on and not before February 3, 2015.
