OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 30, 2000, pursuant to subsections 4(1) and (2) of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, and to clause 19(

f) of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 90-1417, dated December 4, 1990, regarding appointments to the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, by deleting the numbers "2000" in the last line of clause (

a) thereof and substituting therefor the numbers "2001".
