OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 24, 2008 and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
d) of
Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2001, the Pharmacy Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Thomas D. Mahaffey of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists for a two year term commencing on May 1, 2008 and expiring on April 30, 2010.
