On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 26.1(1) of the Police Services Act , Stephen Leach of Toronto be appointed as full-time Independent Police Review Director for the Province of Ontario for a fixed term of five years, effective the later of January 1, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made.
