OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 19, 2002, and pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 38 of
Chapter 4 of the Statutes of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased, effective December 19, 2002, to appoint the Minister of Environment and Labour as Minister responsible for the administration of
Part II of the Gaming Control Act.
