OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 13, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2012, the Community Easements Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting community easements, other than recreational easements, and the designation of eligible bodies that may acquire and hold community easements, other than recreational easements, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 9, 2013.
