Order in Council 118/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Kevin Lundy of Cambridge be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Kevin Lundy was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective October 24, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1405/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1405/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
