OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated March 16, 2022, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables:

a) acquiring approximately 4.5 hectares (11 acres) of land located at Pomquet, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia, currently identified as PID 10080133 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Mitchell DeLorey, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns, subject to the condition that Mitchell DeLorey, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns, are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
