OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 29, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act , is pleased to appoint Obinna Esomchukwu of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a public representative on the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a term of three (3) years commencing April 4, 2024.
