OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and Health and Wellness dated May 28 , 2019, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Funding Envelope, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000.00) to contribute to the demolition of the former CBC building at 1840 Bell Rd. Halifax, the cost of which grant is charged to the Capital Funding Envelope, effective June 26, 2019.
