OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 7, 2002, pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Capital District Health Authority to enter into a financial transaction for purposes of borrowing a sum not to exceed eleven million dollars ($11,000,000.00) in Canadian funds to finance the construction of expanded parking, retail and emergency facilities at its Halifax Infirmary site.
