Order in Council 38/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 262/2018 dated February 21, 2018, William Edmund Clark was appointed as a member and designated as Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ;

And

whereas William Edmund Clark resigned effective August 30, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 262/2018 dated February 21, 2018 is revoked effective August 30, 2018 .
