Order in Council 862/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Irwin Glasberg has been reappointed as full-time Fairness Commissioner by Order in Council O.C. 861/2022, dated March 30, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 13(1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 ,

Irwin Glasberg be paid annual remuneration of $186,621 during the term of this reappointment;

Further , Irwin Glasberg be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan;

And further, Irwin Glasberg be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of the Commissioner in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
