OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated March 22, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 49 of

Chapter 1 (1992 Supplement) of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the House of Assembly Act, and clause (

i) of

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to, effective April 2, 2002, appoint Neil Robert Ferguson, Barrister, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be an Assistant Clerk of the House of Assembly in addition to the Assistant Clerk appointed by Order in Council 1998-290 dated June 23, 1998.
