Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act , is pleased to appoint R. Darryl Wiseman of Kemptville, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Western Counties Regional Library Board for a term of three years commencing June 26, 2015.
