OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 5, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (
a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing 9,584 square feet, more or less, situate at 435 Avon Street, Windsor, Hants County, and more particularly shown and described in
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) authorize the conveyance of the land to a purchaser for a purchase price at or above its appraised market value; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
