Order in Council 1553/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, Lindsey Santerre of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 577 / 2019 and dated April 11, 2019 appointing Lindsey Santerre as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney be revoked.
