OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 22, 1998, pursuant to the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective October 22,1998: (
a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Dr. Patricia Ripley of Wolfville, Kings County, as Acting Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998 523, dated October 15, 1998; and (
b) appoint Robert A. MacKay of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.
