An Act to amend The Trustee Act [Assented to March 5, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.123 The Trustee Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1959, c.6, s.1.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out “$10” in the fourteenth line and substituting “$60”; (

b) by striking out “$120” in the last line and substituting “$600”. 1959, c.6, s.2.

Section amended

Section is amended : (

a) by striking out “$2,500” in the third line and substituting “$5,000” ; (
