Order in Council 312/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162 (1) (

c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Sean McFarling of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of February 27, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
