OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 22, 2000, pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 450 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Summary Proceedings Act, is pleased to amend: (

a) Order in Council 1999-99 dated March 10, 1999, by striking out

Section 3 of

Schedule "A" and substituting the following: 3. The regulations are further amended by striking out "of these regulations" in Sections 2 and 8. 3A The regulations are further amended by adding "municipal by-law or" before "statute" in

Section 3. (

b) the regulations respecting

summary offence tickets made by Order in Council 85-187 dated February 28, 1985, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after March 29, 2000.
