Judicial Compensation Regulation

Definition

In this regulation, Act means the Judicial Compensation Act .

Setting higher amounts for purposes of the Act

For the purposes of

section 7.1 (2) of the Act, the following amounts are set:

for paragraph (

a) of that subsection, $40 000;

for paragraph (

b) of that subsection, 85% of the costs over $40 000 but under $150 000.
