OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 29, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, and
Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2002, the House of Assembly Act (amended) and the Elections Act (amended), is pleased, effective on and after May 1, 2003, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Donald MacInnes as returning officer for the electoral district of Pictou Centre, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-177 dated April 25, 2003; and (
b) appoint the following persons as returning officers for the electoral districts set out opposite their names: Returning Officer Electoral District Scott Clow Pictou Centre Trenton Pictou County John O'Neill Glace Bay Glace Bay Cape Breton Regional Municipality Ray LeBlanc Richmond d'Escousse Richmond County Christine Blair Truro-Bible Hill Truro Colchester County Daniel Muise Argyle Tusket Yarmouth County Elizabeth Rushton Cumberland North Amherst Cumberland County
