OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated December 21, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to confirm approval for the Minister of Public Works entering into a third agreement amending a contribution agreement with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada (formerly Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada), as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, concerning the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (the "ICIP Contribution Agreement"), in the form set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a fourth amending agreement to the ICIP Contribution Agreement, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the substance of the ICIP Contribution Agreement and the amending agreements thereto.
