OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 25, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Linda M. Peck of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire September 15, 2004, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-426 dated September 2, 1999; and (

b) appoint Linda M. MacIntosh of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire September 15, 2004.
