's - St. Stephen's - Peter's River Order

under the

Municipalities Act

(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Regulation 11/79 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point in the western shoreline of Holyrood Pond, that point being 3,950 metres due east of Red Point, 600 metres, more or less, northeast of the mouth of the lower Barasway River and then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shoreline of Holyrood Pond via St. Vincent's to a point in the southwest angle of Holyrood Pond;

Then running along the northern shoreline of the main beach to a point in the western abutment of the concrete bridge spanning the main gut;

Then crossing the northern face of the bridge and continuing along the eastern shoreline of Holyrood Pond in a generally northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of

Deer

River

where the river empties into Holyrood Pond;

Then running in a generally easterly direction along the southern bank of

Deer

River

to the point where the river flows out of Deer Pond;

Then running along the western shoreline of Deer Pond to a point on the northern shoreline where the

Deer

River

empties into Deer Pond;

Then running along the western shoreline of Deer Pond to a point on the northern shoreline where the

Deer

River

empties into Deer Pond;

Then running south 35 east a distance of 7,475 metres, more or less, to a point;

Then running south 56 west to Gull Island Point;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of

Holyrood

Bay

via Peter's River and St. Stephen's to a point in the eastern abutment of the concrete bridge spanning the main gut;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of St. Mary's Bay to a point known locally as Red Point;

Then running east a distance of 3,950 metres, more or less.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
