Section 14 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint Anne E. Cosgrove of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, as returning officer for the electoral district of Lunenburg, effective on and after November 12, 2008.
