CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Public Service Superannuation Act (Assented to December 13, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Public Service Superannuation Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978, c.P-43,

section amended Subclause 2(1)(b)(

v) of The Public Service Superannuation Act is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day on which The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Amendment Act, 1985 comes into force. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
