OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 25, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective November 1, 2016, assign all affairs and matters relating to improving the health of Nova Scotians through participation in physical activity, sport, recreation, and sport and recreation facility development to the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage or the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, as the case may be.
