OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 30, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Roxanne Brown, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-254 dated May 10, 2000; and (
b) appoint Roxanne Poulin of Greenwood, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire May 31, 2005.
