Order in Council 2348/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maureen Helt was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 2342/2017 dated December 14, 2017;

Therefore, subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Maureen Helt of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
