OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 19, 2018, and pursuant to subsection 21(2) of
Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2015, the Paramedics Act , is pleased to approve amendments to the Paramedics Regulations , N.S. Reg. 57/2017, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2017-89 dated March 28, 2017, to amend the provisions respecting the registration and licensing of paramedics and the composition of statutory committees in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 8, 2018.
