OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 30, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sandra Forbes, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-163 dated April 7, 1999; and (
b) appoint Sandra Forbes of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits for a term to expire May 31, 2007.
