OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated January 8, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 2 and 7 of
Chapter 8 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act, and to Sections 6 and 33 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to enter into the Eleventh Protocol of Amendment to the Agreement on Internal Trade, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
