OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated December 23, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Frances Marion Garlick of Broad Cove, Nova Scotia, as member of the board of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation, for a term of three years effective February 1, 2011.
