OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated October 21, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act , is pleased to amend the Off-highway Vehicles Fees Regulations , N.S. Reg. 103/2004, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2004-138 dated March 30, 2004, to increase the trail permit fees payable to the Snowmobilers Association of Nova Scotia by operators of snow vehicles, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 29, 2022.
