Order in Council 1024/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Access to Consumer Credit Reports and Elevator Availability Act, 2018

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Access to Consumer Credit Reports and Elevator Availability Act, 2018 , c. 7, which amend the Consumer Reporting Act , come into force:

s. 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 (1), 9, 10, 11.
