OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 8, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 131 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dispensing Opticians Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the said Revised Statutes, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Graham J. Sweett, CA, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Dispensing Opticians for a two year term commencing May 1, 2004, and ending April 30, 2006.
