Order in Council 545/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Matthew graham of the City of Ottawa

is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to

section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Matthew graham of the City of Ottawa

is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 147/2019 be revoked effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
