OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 14, 2002, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 3(1)(

c) and 4(1), (2), (3) of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and to Sections 2(h), 59(1) and 59(

C) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and on the report of the Minister of Finance pursuant to

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Trenton Works Limited, of Trenton, Province of Nova Scotia, by way of a guarantee to a financial institution as the Minister of Economic Development may approve, in an amount not to exceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00), on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Minister of Economic Development; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantee, together with such other agreements and documents as may be required to give effect to this Order, all to be in such form as the Department of Justice may approve; (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to transfer administration to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated.
